Post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized therapeutic technique used to promote healing and reduce swelling and fluid buildup following surgery.

30 Minutes

Neck and Face only.

Indications include:
Sinus/Tension Headache/Migraine, Puffy Eyes. Not all practitioners offer 30 min sessions. 

60 Minutes

Neck, Abdominal and Upper or Lower Extremity.

Indications Include:
Lymphedema/Lipidema, Chronic Health Issues, Post-Traumatic Injury Edema, autoimmune conditions, post-cancer, systemic inflammation, systemic inflammatory conditions such as Lyme, PCOS, endometrios, gender affirming surgery and more. This the length of time we recommend for most patients. 

90 Minutes

Full Body Sequence.

Indications Include:
Appropriate for those who feel they need more than the 60 mins session or for more involved cases. Not all practitioners offer 90 min session. 

Pre/Post-Surgical Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage helps clear out excess lymph fluid caused by surgical trauma, which assists in faster healing and pain reduction.

60 Minutes

For patients with in 6 months of surgical proceedure.

Indications Include:
For post-surgical care after mastectomy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, facelift, gender affirming surgery, lymph node removal, or orthopedic surgeries.

60 Minutes

A good choice for those seeking 2-3 areas of focus, i.e.: neck/shoulder/back pain, lower back/hip tension, or more chronic issues like sciatica.

90 Minutes

A full body massage can be done thoroughly with the therapist concentrating on several specific areas of tension.
